The staff truly made the experience, especially the way they remembered our names and preferences from past stays, it felt personal, y'know? One evening, they even surprised us with complimentary drinks at the fire...  

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely indoor pool. On my first visit, the staff helped me find my way. I love coming back here for the holidays.

I absolutely loved the warm and inviting lobby, complete with a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating. The hotel was easily accessible with wide hallways and elevators, which made moving my luggage around effortless....  

Loved the spacious King Studio Suite with a full kitchen! I could whip up meals anytime. The location was perfect for shopping nearby.

Nice stay with comfy beds!

We spent 3 nights enjoying the spacious room and really comfy beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had some decent options to kick off the day. The only bummer was lacking enough staff. it took a while to get extra towels. Overall, a solid spot for a getaway!

Spacious room with a great pool

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of space in our room and the heated pool was fantastic for the kids. The amenities like the fire pits and basketball court really made our time memorable. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement for a more satisfying start to the day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel right at home during my stay, and the delicious breakfast offered plenty of options to fuel my adventures around Sayen House and Gardens, just over 4 km away. after exploring, I enjoyed Hamilton Veterans Park, a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery.

During our stay, we appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which allowed us to settle in comfortably as we were visiting family nearby. The breakfast options varied daily, providing something different each morning which we found enjoyable. The hotel facilities offered plenty of activities, from basketball to a swimming pool, making it a great place to unwind after busy days.
